Grocery Store Tour

This class will consist of a 1 hour field trip to a local grocery store with me.  We will talk about and learn to identify healthy choices and read labels.  You will also receive practical and helpful handouts which will include food additives to avoid, food guide, and new recipes to incorporate new foods into your life.
